You can deploy the baseline Rossum–Coupa integration using the tooling available at https://github.com/rossumai/coupa-integration-deploy-tool, or you can ask Rossum specialists to deploy it for you. The Coupa configuration described above (especially the OAuth Client Credentials) must be available before deploying the integration.
