# Keyboard Shortcuts

When reviewing documents in Rossum, there are multiple ways of moving between Data Fields, confirming them, and editing them. Over time, operators find the most suitable way for them to review documents.

Here are some tips on how to speed up the reviewing process using various keyboard shortcuts when working with header fields, tables or search panel:

## Keyboard shortcuts list

#### Header Fields

| TAB | Move to the next field in the sequence. |
| --- | --- |
| ENTER | Move between fields that don’t have the checkmark displayed next to them and await your review. |
| CTRL + Shift ⇧ + A (Windows) CMD ⌘ + Shift ⇧ + A (Mac) | Add a new value to the end of the multivalue header field. |
| Shift ⇧ + Click | Add a new value to the multivalue header field without pressing the “Add a value” button. You can hold SHIFT and keep clicking on various values to add them to the multivalue field. If you hold down SHIFT and click on one of the values already added to a multivalue field (on the left panel of validation screen), it will highlight all the values above, including the one you clicked on, and allow you to delete them. |
| Hold ALT (Windows) Hold OPTION ⌥ (MAC) | Displays suggested bounding boxes – values recognised on document and available for annotation. |

#### Tables

| TAB | Move between fields in the direction from the beginning of a row to its end. |

| UP ↑, DOWN ↓, LEFT ←, RIGHT → | You can use the arrows to move around the table space. |
| CTRL + Shift ⇧ + A (Windows) CMD ⌘ + Shift ⇧ + A (Mac) | Add a new row to the end of a table. |
| Drag & Drop | You can click on a cell and drag its bottom right corner to the cells below it to copy its values. |

A data field is a single piece of information captured from a document.

You can modify a data field’s label, ID, and more for every queue. You can also hide them or delete if not needed.

For a more in-depth look at extracted field types, please visit our API documentation.
