# Document Validation Screen in Rossum

We’ve made working with documents in Rossum even easier with our new validation screen!

## Top Center Bar

You can now find zoom in, zoom out, reset zoom, and search icons in the top bar.

[Document translation](https://knowledge-base.rossum.ai/docs/document-translation-in-rossum) (a beta feature in private preview) is also available here for selected users.

## Left Top Bar

The document edit feature (scissors icon) is on the left.

Click the page with an "i" icon to view document details.

The left panel also shows potential duplicates, if any exist.

If automation is enabled, you’ll see automation blockers listed here.

## Document and Queue Menu

Click the three dots next to a queue name to:

- Copy the document name.
- Copy the document URL.
- Open various queue settings (fields, email settings, access settings, and extension settings).

## Validation Screen Settings

The left sidebar menu has the biggest update - you can now customize it!

Choose which details appear in the sidebar.

Decide what happens when users confirm a document (move to the next one or stay on the current one).

Arrange additional actions in the bottom menu so your most-used ones are easy to access.

If you extract line items, customize the table layout and column sorting.

If you use Aurora for Complex Tables, switch between Grid design and Complex Tables, and configure suggestions to fit your needs.
